Where can you get the best hamburger in town? Here’s the surprising answer: the buffet at Boulder Station. At lunch one of the buffet cooks grills burgers to order. The buffet line has the fresh fixin’s: ruby red tomatoes, crisp iceberg lettuce, and circles of pearly raw onions. To me, North Las Vegas is far away. With a plethora of restaurant offerings a lot closer to home, it takes a lot to get me to drive 20 miles in the heat. Other than a wild trip to country and western night club, there’s not much reason for a local to set up in the frumpy Frontier. That is, unless you like seafood.
